Earlier, Rohit Sharma did the feat of scoring a double century at the age of 26.

Ishaan Kishan completed his double century in just 126 balls. With this, the record of scoring the fastest double century in ODI cricket has now become his name. He made this great record by leaving behind former West Indies explosive player Chris Gayle. Gayle scored a double century in 138 balls.

With this, Ishaan has also become the fourth Indian batsman to score a double century in ODI cricket. Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag and Rohit Sharma have done this feat before Ishaan.
